Rules & Regulations
Following the amalgamation of the Ulster Branch Irish Hockey Association and the Ulster Women's Hockey Union in May 2009 to form the Ulster Hockey Union a lot of work has been going on to ensure there is a consistent set of rules and regulations for both men's and ladies hockey competitions.
